THE MARK OF EXEMPLARY Student with 5 Good Criteria AT HOA SEN UNIVERSITY
With the criteria of “Good Academic Performance,” “Good Ethics,” “Good Physical Fitness,” “Good Volunteering,” and “Good Integration,” the “Student with 5 Good Criteria” movement for the academic year 2022-2023 has returned with the theme “the journey to becoming a well-rounded student.” The Student Union affirms that every Hoa Sen student possesses the qualities to become an outstanding and well-rounded individuals. This is a place for students to create their marks, affirm their abilities, and bring forth their uniqueness.
On the afternoon of January 28, 2024, the Hoa Sen Student Union solemnly organized the ceremony to honor the title of “Student with 5 Good Criteria” for the academic year 2022-2023 at Room 204 of Hoa Sen University. After a process of effort and dedication, along with excellent performance in academics and active contributions to the activities of the Youth Union and Student Union throughout the past academic year, the Selection Council for “Student with 5 Good Criteria” and the Secretary of the Hoa Sen Student Union selected 57 exemplary individuals who achieved the title of “Student with 5 Good Criteria.” Notably, Hoa Sen University is proud to have 2 students who achieved the title of “Student with 5 Good Criteria” at the City level and 1 student who received the honorable title at the Central level.
Le Thanh Bao Ngan, a K20 student majoring in Accounting, is one of the recipients of the “Student with 5 Good Criteria” title at the Central level. Ngan is an outstanding individual, full of enthusiasm, and meets all the criteria of Good Academic Performance, Good Ethics, Good Volunteering, Good Integration, and Good Physical Fitness
As a Finance student, Ngan has always been persistent, hardworking, and dedicated to her studies. She has achieved accomplishments that her peers admire. Ngan achieved the title of “Student with 5 Good Criteria” for the year 2023 with a training score of 100 and a GPA of 3.53. Moreover, during her three years at Hoa Sen University, she also received outstanding student scholarships, won first prize in the Professional Finance Analyst 2022 competition, was the main author of a research topic at SR-ICYREB 2022, won third prize at the 2022 Student Scientific Research Conference, and received an Encouragement Award in a debate competition organized at Hoa Sen University. To achieve these accomplishments, Ngan shared that she always diligently studied, continuously made efforts, and seriously invested in deep research on various topics
Not only has Ngan achieved many academic successes, but she has also performed well in her role as a member of the Executive Committee of the University Youth Union. Ngan actively participated in various activities throughout her three years of study. She demonstrated her well-roundedness in multiple areas such as sports and volunteer work. Ngan participated in the Green Summer Campaign in 2022 and 2023, as well as the Exam Support Program. Furthermore, she received the title of “Healthy Youth” from Ho Chi Minh City in 2022. With her efforts to enhance her knowledge, skills, and active participation in activities, Ngan achieved the title of “Student with 5 Good Criteria” at the university level in her first year and received the title of “Student with 5 Good Criteria” at the City level for two consecutive years.
Ngan has proven that she is truly deserving of the “Student with 5 Good Criteria” title at the Central level with her impressive achievements. Sharing her conquest journey, Ngan said that she always strives, perseveres, and makes daily efforts to enhance her knowledge from teachers and friends at the university. In addition, she is grateful to the seniors, friends, and juniors who have accompanied her throughout the activities of the Youth Union and Student Union. The experiences and lessons that Ngan gained during her pursuit of the “Student with 5 Good Criteria” title at the Central level are the most valuable things that are hard to find elsewhere. Not only her remarkable achievements but her openness and friendliness are also qualities that her friends and teachers admire and highly appreciate.
It can be seen that the “Student with 5 Good Criteria” title provides a suitable environment for students to be confident, affirm themselves, and bring forth their uniqueness as they continue to make efforts and stand out.
