Job Description

The Personal Tutor (PT) is a member of the Service Team and, as such, shares the responsibility for the students’ learning success.

Job Responsibilities

• Ensure that students study effectively in the multimedia center through qualified teaching
• Conduct orientation classes, give academic advising sessions and assist students with homework
• Provide feedback and motivation to students in the multimedia center
• Teach and coach students towards reaching their educational goals
• Motivate students throughout the course both in person and over the phone
• Create a fun, all English learning environment

Job Requirements

• Vietnamese national, aged between 20 – 28 years
• Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferably English-related)
• Demonstrate fluency in English (TOEIC score 850+ is recommended)
• Teaching/tutoring experience in English is an advantage
• Passionate about education, languages and giving excellent customer service
• Energetic, friendly and professional
• Love to speak English and is comfortable doing so on a daily basis
• Willing to work following flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
• Able to work on your feet for an extended period of time
