Responsibilities

As an Educational Consultant, you will act as an ambassador of Wall Street English in a professional manner and sell English language training and other related programs through the use of the Wall Street’s Sales methodology. Your job responsibilities will include:

• Contacting potential customers via telesales, email and face-to-face presentations
• Establishing strong daily work routine to maximise sales activities and channels
• Updating sales reports as requested by line manager
• Attending training and coaching sessions that are organised for the role
• Completing administrative tasks related to signing students’ contracts with customers at a high level of care
• Providing excellent post-sales service and follow-up to maintain high customer satisfaction
• Nurturing long-term relationships and build trust to maximize referrals and renewals

Job Requirements

• Vietnamese with a university/college degree.
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Good communication skills, both in English and Vietnamese
• Clear and influencing voice on the phone and in person
• Able to present idea convincingly with high level of energy over extended period of time
• Strong at building trust and providing high quality level of care
• Able to work under pressure with flexible hours including evenings and weekends to meet and exceed sales targets
• Confident, experienced negotiator and problem solver who is quick with words and ideas
• Socially aware and active in keeping oneself updated with current affairs and various industries development
• Ambitious, competitive, driven with a hunger for success and clear goals
• Versatile, quick to learn and willing to adapt for growth
• Hard working and resilient
