OVERVIEW:

Since 2019, we started to collect consent from our targeted HCP (HealthCare Professional). We have about ~8000 consent collected from both pharmacy and hospital channel. All of the consent is paper based and being kept at Bayer Vietnam office.

OBJECTIVE:

• To verify collected paper consent in alignment with HCP’s data on Veeva CRM system, preparing for Veeva CRM go-live in early 2020
• Having proper archiving process: including verifying, retention and archiving of existing paper consent
• Fulfilling compliance requirements, readiness for data searching and auditing purposes.
• Participate IMCM (approved email, invitation letter from Veeva CRM)
• Participate Fieldforce CRM launching.  

PEOPLE, TIMELINE:

• One internship headcount
• From Jan 2021 to Mar 2021 (3 months), agreement renewal can be considered

REQUIREMENT:

• MS Office skill: advanced

• Data accuracy on Veeva CRM
• Verified paper consent and proper physical and soft archiving processes.
• Participate in assigned projects.
