ABOUT YOUR ROLE:

Manage accounts in terms of order processing, order follow up, pricing integrity, on-time deliveries, complete order fulfillment by coordinating closely with departments.

 

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

Assist CSE/CSO 1. in handling orders:

  • Print out order received from CSE/CSO, check and match order, fulfill order form, add missing information, highlight important information.
  • Input material checking file, input additional label checking/layout making in CS-Prepress tracking file.
  • Send OCF to OE for inputting order in the system.
  • Revise promised date/request date in system in case order changed, order held, release CIA orders, combination orders; update weekly shipment list.
  • Collect packing list from system and send out to customer as guidelines from CSE/CSO.
  • Send DN/Shipping docs to customers.

Coordinate with others departments:

  • Communicate with internal departments for the arrangement of shipment.
  • Work as a team with CSE/CSO to ensure the order process being handled smoothly.
  • Cross check order before transferring to CSE/CSO/OE to avoid wrong key-in.

Other tasks assigned case by case

 

WHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR IN YOU:

  • Fresh graduate.
  • Proficiency in English, addition of Chinese-Mandarin, Korean or Japanese is an advantage.
  • Proactive and good follow-through skill.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.

 

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

  • Internship Duration: from 03 months to 06 months, up to your availability.
  • Internship Allowance: 5,000,000 vnd + PVI 24h Healthcare Insurance.
  • Breakfast Allowance: 300,000 vnd/monthLunch is provided free at company canteen
  • Working location: Lot E01, Trung Tam street, Long Hau Industrial Park, Can Giuoc, Long An

***(Shuttle buses are provided from all districts in HCMC)
