JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a full-time Marketing Executive. In this position, you will be involved in developing marketing strategies, implementing marketing execution plans, maintaining customer relations, and creating marketing reports. This position will allow you to quickly develop your skills, knowledge, and mindset by working with a leading expert in the Advertising and Marketing field.

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Contribute to the development of marketing strategies.

• Develop marketing and communication execution plan.
• Manage our website and social media channels (Facebook, Youtube, Tiktok, Instagram, Linkedin).
• Develop content for diverse marketing mateirals (brochures, press releases, website material, etc.)
• Collaborate with the Youth Engagement team to organizing project events. (The Youth Engagement team is responsible for coordinating engagement strategy and activities between youth delegates and the Ready To Lead program)
• Track progress, review project tasks to ensure deadlines and project milestones.
• Build and maintain good working relationship with communication partners for media support, media sponsorship (Student Clubs, Youth Organization, Community Organization, etc.)

• Implement assigned tasks.

KEY RESULT AREA

• Number of qualified leads

• Content perfomance metrics (for social posts, analytics of content on website)
• Website traffic (upon planned)
• Email Marketing metrics
• Social Media performance
• Partnership relations

REQUIRED QUALITIES

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

• Minimum 01 years working experience Marketing.
• Probation period is at least 2 months
• English requirement
• Open-minded & willing to learn and develop extensive skills and knowledge
• Deadline delivery with quality
