Job Purpose
As a project coordinator, you will be responsible for the administration of the project to maintain quality of the implementation as well as supporting the project manager with other tasks assigned.
*The key responsibilities listed below are not required but our project coordinator will be trained and given the best opportunities to gain experiences in these fields.
Key responsibilities
- Administrate the implementation according to the project plan
- Record and monitor, evaluate, tracking and prepare reports for the project during and after the implementation.
- Keep an updated customer database
- Measure identified KPIs
- Support SVF’s communications work for the upcoming events as assigned
- Provide other support as required
Key skills and experience requirements
- Compliance, principle and focus in details
- Entrepreneurship, startup and innovation knowledge is a plus
- Patient and friendly personality
- Great interpersonal, communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and follow assignments
- Be good at managing time and completing tasks in a timely manner
- Strong teamwork skills
Qualifications required
Prefer to hold degrees in English, Communications, Advertising, Journalism, Literature, Marketing or related fields.
Schedule
- Full-time (Option 1): Monday – Friday (8h30AM – 5:30PM)
- Part-time (Option 2): Minimum 3 full-time days per week
