*Job description:
Assist the production manager and art directors in the running of projects by making sure that schedule is on track, that information gets pass on efficiently between everyone.
– Ensure that artists understand their schedule of work and relay information back to production & supervision team.
– Coordinate the flow of information and elements between artists and departments.
– Keep databases up to date with element and shot status.
– Co-ordinate dailies and note take.
– Ensure the send and receipt of materials to and from the client.
*Job Requirements:
– Good command in English (written / spoken)
– Ielts > 6.0 or Toeic > 650 -Good communication skills, sociable
– Good organizational skills
– Adaptive & pro active
– Calm and does well under pressure
– Passionate about Film and Computer Graphics in general
– Fast learner
– Report to Art Directors, Production Manager, Team Leaders
– Salary: Negotiable
