Principal activities:
- Admin:
Handle admin tasks for offices and company;
- Hotel and air ticket booking;
- Order office stationery + water + contact with Centre Point management;
- Filling, archiving all admin documents;
- Prepare time sheet for HCM office staffs;
2. Sales activities:
- Filing/recording contracts, proposals…
- Develop sales and CS related reports
- Checking prices and contracts are up to date
- Supporting the sales force with general operations to help reach the team’s objectives
- Taking phone calls from customers
- Communicating internally important feedback from customers
- Participate in company projects;
- Various tasks assigned by Manager, Sales & Customer Service and HR Supervisor

Business administration, customer service or marketing
Kỹ năng:
Good spoken and written English; Dynamic, team player, and excellent communication skill.
