Position: Communications, CSR, Marketing, PR

MISSION STATEMENT

• Assist Green Committee in building working framework
• Assist the Committee to define indicators of a “Green Retailer” and methods to measure them
• Assist the Committee to identify Green Retailer Certification and Assessment Organizations

ROLES    

• To arrange monthly meeting of the Committee (set out schedule with Committee members and send meeting invitations)
• To take minutes of meetings and send out to Committee members
• To assist the Committee by contributing ideas, studying successful cases in both domestic and international market
• To assist the Committee to work on ideas/initiatives, set-out timeline and coordinator with all stakeholders to achieve project goal.

KEY RSULT AREAS

• Ensure to organize Committee meetings successfully as planned
• Ensure to make a perfect communication with related parties

Requirement 

• Good communication skills
• Good in English both speaking and writing
• Good at MS skills

2. Learning & Organization Development Internship 6 Months – MM Mega Market Vietnam, District 2

Position: Communications, Marketing, HR

Locate: Ho Chi Minh City

Allowance: Deal

Major: Office

MISSION STATEMENT

• Support Admin tasks for Training Class (Design Training/ Event Announcement, prepare participant list, tea break & facilities for Training classes, support trainer, do the report after class ,…)
• Support L&OD Admin Tasks (do the assignment by L&OD team including preparation tasks for L&OD activities and material, arrange logistics for L&OD activities)
• Support other tasks of L&OD team (support for procedure process such as document submission for approval, checking contract align with vendor about company condition ,…)

REQUIREMENT

• Having Internship Recommendation Letter from your school (Compulsory)
• Be able to communicate in English effectively
• Basic knowledge in MS, Excel, MS. PowerPoint, and MS. Word
• Strong communication skill, time management, and organizing
• Attitude: Open – minded, ‘can do’ attitude eager to learn, and highly responsible

3.  Marketing Internship 6 Months – MM Mega Market Vietnam, District 2

Position: Communications, Marketing, PR, CSR

Locate: Ho Chi Minh City

Allowance: Deal

Major: Office

ROLES    

• Work on ideas/initiatives, set-out timeline and coordinate with all stakeholders to achieve the project goal
• Assists with planning and promoting events
• Assist distribute the ideas for company events

Requirement 

• Be able to communicate in English effectively
• Strong communication skills, interested in finding out environment, dynamic and creative
• Good at MS skills

4.  Corporate Communications Internship 3 Months – MM Mega Market Vietnam, District 2

Position: Communications, Marketing, PR, CSR

Locate: Ho Chi Minh City

MISSION STATEMENT

• Assist manager to coordinate with other departments for executing PR activities (opening event; press release; PR article, newsletter; Linkedln, etc)
• Design simple communications materials (newsletter; Linkedln photos)
• Admin tasks

REQUIREMENT

• Having Internship Recommendation Letter from your school (Compulsory)
• Excellent in English
• Microsoft offices (word, excel, Powerpoint), Designing tools (Photoshop, Canva)
• Strong communication skill, writing, self-learning and organizing
• Attitude: Open – minded, ‘can do’ attitude eager to learn, and highly responsible
