1.  DIGITAL MARKETING SPECIALIST
Responsibilities
– Assist in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers
– Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media (Twitter, Facebook, Linkedin, etc.)
– Launch optimized online adverts through Google Adwords, Facebook etc. to increase company and brand awareness
– Be actively involved in SEO efforts (keyword, image optimization etc.)
– Prepare online newsletters and promotional emails and organize their distribution through various channels
– Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update website
– Collaborate with designers to improve user experience
– Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, WebTrends etc.)
– Acquire insight in online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date
– Maintain partnerships with vendors, media partners
Requirements
– Proven experience as Digital Marketing Executive or similar role
– Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices
– Experience with B2B social media, Google Adwords and email campaigns and SEO/SEM
– Working knowledge of ad serving tools
– Perfect knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, etc.)
– Skills and experience in creative content writing
– Analytical mindset and critical thinking
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English
– Interest or own basic understanding in Telecommunications/IT highly preferred.

2. CONTENT CREATOR
Responsibilities
– Research on industry-related topics
– Create various content types (videos, articles, infographics) with relevant tone and style, adhering to the respective style guides
– Utilize various digital publishing platforms to create structured drafts
– Target content to specific audiences and focus on trending topics
– Incorporate blog and social media posts in both websites and social media platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter
– Conduct keyword research and employ SEO best practices to optimize content
– Analyse web traffic to measure the success of the content (e.g. conversion and bounce rates)
– Identify customers’ needs and recommend new topics
– Coordinate with marketing, design teams and IT team to correct and illustrate articles
– Create, translate and update content on our websites and other platforms as needed
– Further tasks to be assigned by Marketing Team leader
Requirements
– Good knowledge about email marketing
– Excellent writing and editing skills in English (equivalent IELTS 6.0 or above) and Vietnamese,
– Proven work experience as a Content Creator, Copywriter or similar role
– An ability to fact-check long-form content pieces
– Time-management and independent thinking skills
– Major in Marketing, English, Journalism or relevant field is preferred
– Technology/Networks experience related; familiarity with SEO is a big plus
– Fresher is also acceptable
