1. Crew Member

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

– Greet and assist all customers entering the park 
– Assist customers in purchasing tickets and necessary accessories
– Explain the rules for each facility and answer any questions customers may have 
– Coordinate the clearing of the courts of customers whose time has elapsed 
– Monitor, clean and organize the cafe seating areas and trampoline equipment
– Report any problems with equipment to the operations manager immediately 
– Report all incidents and injuries immediately to the operations manager 
– Implement first aid as necessary (full training will be given)
– Adhere to the Company Health & Safety Policy

– Other duties as assigned

2. Cashier

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

– Handle cash transaction with customers

– Issue receipts, refunds, and tickets

– Sell tickets and socks to customers

– Count money in cash drawers at the beginning of shifts to ensure that amounts are correct and that there is adequate change.

– Calculate total payments received during a time period

– Maintain clean and tidy counter area

– Report to operation manager after every shifts.

– Maintain daily report of transaction

– Execute promotions (giving away tickets, loyalty cards, gifts, etc…) 

– Other duties as assigned

3. Café Crew

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

– Check and keep track inventory in report day by day (soft drink, snack, water, etc.)

– Sell goods to customers

– Handle cash transaction with customers

– Issue receipts, refunds, change

– Count money in cash drawers at the beginning of shifts to ensure that amounts are correct and that there is adequate change.

– Calculate total payments received during a time period

– Maintain clean and tidy area (counter, table, chair, floor)

– Cleaning facilities as soon as customer done with our service

– Report to operation manager/supervisor after every shifts

– Maintain daily report of transaction and inventory

– Execute promotions (depends on marketing strategy)

– Other duties as assigned
