COMMERCIAL ACADEMY PROGRAM

This is a 18-24 months early career development program designed for young talents by Reckitt Benckiser, a leading global company in Health–Hygiene– Home.

When successfully completing Commercial Academy Program, the Trainee will be considered for appointment in a department that he/she is the most qualified for.

• Fresh graduated student from Universities, majored in: Economics, Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing or other relevant fields, with minimum GPA at 3/4
• Are confident with effective communication in both written and spoken Vietnamese and English
• Are fast learners with passion and ability to go beyond
• Are mobile, flexible and well responsive to changes

• Your journey will look like (the order of the departments may change):

Selection Process:

• Round 1: IQ test – Essay
• Round 2: Group Discussion – Business Challenge
• Round 3: Individual Presentation of Business Case Study and Interview
• Final Round: Offer being presented to successful participants
