We are digital brand architects with 8 offices globally. Our vision is to help brands be powerful, relevant and a leading force in the world.

Key Responsibilities:                                          

• Be responsible for the online community management across different platforms: Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, Zalo…
• Check and reply the comments and direct messages on social media channels.
• Consolidate the insights from consumers’ dialogues & work out the comprehensive weekly and monthly report.
• Follow the protocols and alert relevant stakeholders on time to handle complaints and/or crisis.
• Brainstorm with client service team on social, digital ideas & work on the proposal instructed by line manager to present to clients.
• Handle the daily project operation & work with clients assigned by line manager.

Requirements:

• Last semester or graduated from the college/university
• Have participated in some marketing activities or digital marketing projects is a plus
• Live and breathe in digital, understand the industry and where it’s going, including new trends
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Vietnamese
