Yêu cầu công việc

Mô tả công việc: 

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Recruitment: Job posting; Resume searching and collecting; Interview arrangement; Talent pool updating; Assisting in making recruitment reports (weekly report/ monthly report) etc.
  • Training: Support Training & Development activities in logistics arrangement or admin tasks.
  • Payroll: Supporting for timesheet; Attendant records; Payroll control info; etc.
  • Maintain employee database (system; hardcopies), ensuring all data are kept with highest confidentiality, updated accurately on timely basis by punctually updating of employees data (including leave, absence, changes of data).
  • Follow up & support for team building activities.
  • Contact to building management for related stuffs (power interruption, fire-fighting training, and system checking…), check & ensure all facilities are running well.
  • Assisting expatriate to prepare all the documents for work permit and residence card.
  • Tracking and purchasing stationery, alternative materials for office
  • Perform ad hoc tasks when necessary and upon assignment.
  • Other related tasks as advised by the Leader

JOB REQUIREMENT

The right person will have fair English skills, ideally from a global company. You must also be/have:

  • Experience in Admin & HR is a plus.
  • Passionate in HR- Admin Development.
  • Able to do multi task.
  • Good listener and learn quickly.
  • Can work under pressure and short deadline.
  • Good communication.
  • Proactive, self-organized and know how to prioritize
  • Can-do & positive attitude, careful, organized mind, team work.
