• Collection & analysis of the managers’ needs
• Identification, qualification and interviews of candidates
• Organization of the recruitment priorities according to the work flow & the goal set
• Management and recruitment of your recruitment team
• Training of your team on daily work (search, technical environments, business orientation…)
• Do the follow-up of the recruitment activity. Report the weekly activity (results, work flow…) to hiring managers
• Analyse strengths and weaknesses of the recruitment process to bring new improvements (in terms of reactivity, quality…)

Ideal Candidate:

• You master English communication skills and ideally speak another foreign language (Chinese / French / Spanish / Italian).
• Graduated with minimum a Bachelor’s degree, you have a professional experience of at least 2 years in recruitment position in Executive Search or Consulting company or a similar environment.
• Ideally you have had a first management experience or can demonstrate your leadership skills.
• You are business oriented, solution oriented and able to work under high pressure.
• You are adaptable and have the desire to join a fast growing company.
• Proficiency of Microsoft Office, Outlook and Internet is necessary
