Mô tả công việc: 

The HR Officer is responsible for providing support and advice on day-to-day basis in the various human resource functions, which include salary, administration, legal, compensation & benefit, performance appraisal & training, to directors, managers and staff within the organization.

Your main tasks and responsibilities will be the following:

  • 40 % HR Officer for UAE
    • Preparing, administering & controlling the salary
    • Ensuring employment contract, addendum… any HR legal documents are in line with Labor & Social Law, with Government: checking, monitoring & updating
    • Responsible for all the HR administration process: set up, follow up, improvement… 
    • Ensuring compensation & benefit are in line with Company policies & with Government regulations
    • Coordinating with Directors & Managers the annual employee performance appraisal: collecting information, planning, reporting…
    • Responsible for the welcome process of the employees 
    • Administering the internal communication on HR topics in collaboration with Directors
    • Coordination & logistic of the trainings

 

  • 40 % IMO and C&B Officer for the Middle-East
    • Handling mobility requests in your scope: from case opening to feedback delivery towards international clients.
    • Advising about compliance (immigration, labor law, social coverage, tax, compensation & benefits) and costs (costs projections and costs optimization)
    • Coordinating mobility assignments with multiple stakeholders
    • Conducting ad-hoc IM and C&B studies in your scope

 

  • 20 % IM projects
    • Assisting in designing / implementing international mobility policies and processes
    • Assisting in supporting the VIE and International trainees’ team
    • Participating in IM and C&B’s long-term projects (country calculation tool, mobility guides, immigration checklists, knowledge management…

Graduated with a Master in business, ideally specialized in HR/International Mobility, you have a first experience International Mobility acquired in an international, multicultural and fast-paced environment.
