Job description
– Directly participate in works related to project management under the assignment, guidance, and supervision from members of Account department
– Assist the members of the Account department throughout all phases of the project; from connecting and meeting with customers, searching and collecting needed information and data for the concept development phase; organizing debrief meetings and working with internal teams, building and developing concepts, proposal writing, pitching, project implementing … until completing procedures of projects.
– Perform other tasks assigned by the direct mentor.
Job requirements
– Students who have completed the program or final year students.
– Passionate and have a minimum understanding of events and the entertainment industry
– Have participated in organizing similar activities or related activities.
– Abundant in energy, creative thinking, flexible and responsive.
– Love communicating and connecting with others
– Thinking about solutions, results and problem-solving
– Continuously capture and update trends;
– Good at organizing and managing work and time.
– Ability to work under high pressure;
– Ability to work independently and work in groups;
– Basic English skills
– Proficient in MS Power Point, MS Excel, MS Word, Internet.
