    For individuals with more than 2 years of experience in the field of international business, salaries can often double compared to entry-level salaries. Specifically, salaries may range from 10,000,000 to 15,000,000 VND per month for those with 1-2 years of experience, and from 15,000,000 to 20,000,000 VND per month for those with over 3 years of experience.

    For managerial positions, department heads with over 5 years of experience may earn salaries ranging from 25,000,000 to 35,000,000 VND per month. At the level of international business directors, incomes are often unlimited.

    6. Introduction to the Hoa Sen – De Montfort Program

    The Hoa Sen – De Montfort program is part of the International Education Institute of Hoa Sen University, established after the signing ceremony between Hoa Sen University and De Montfort University. Students will study the entire curriculum in English from DMU, along with faculty from universities in the US, UK, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, etc., for 3 years. During this time, students have the option to study entirely at HSU or to transfer to the UK, participate in short courses, and internships at DMU.

    8.3 Curriculum entirely conducted in English

    The program is taught entirely in English. In the Hoa Sen – De Montfort program, students will enhance their English proficiency.

    Currently, the Hoa Sen – De Montfort Program is accepting admissions with the following methods:

    1. Admission based on the results of the 2024 National High School Graduation Examination.

    2. Admission based on high school transcripts.

    3. Admission based on the results of the 2024 National Entrance Examination for Universities of Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City.
