All faculty members have postgraduate degrees from international universities.

1. DR. DOAN MINH CHAU

Dr. Doan Minh Chau currently serves as the Dean of Institute of International Education at Hoa Sen University. Dr. Doan Minh Chau is also a lecturer responsible for teaching Marketing and Communications courses in both undergraduate and postgraduate programs.
Dr. Chau holds Master’s and Ph.D. degrees in Knowledge Science, specializing in Marketing in Japan. Additionally, she has over 10 years of experience in the fields of Communications and Marketing, and worked at multinational corporations such as Intel and PepsiCo.
2. DR. NGUYEN CHI DUY KHUONG

Dr. Nguyen Chi Duy Khuong serves as the Academic Director of Hoa Sen – De Montfort Program at Hoa Sen University. Dr. Khuong is also a lecturer responsible for teaching English Language and Linguistics.
Dr. Khuong holds Master’s and Ph.D. degrees in Linguistics in India. Additionally, he has over 15 years of experience in the field of Education at leading universities in Vietnam such as Hoa Sen University and Ho Chi Minh University of Pedagogy.
3. MR. PHU TRUONG THANG, M.A.

Mr. Phu Truong Thang currently serves as the Director of Admissions and Communications at the Institute of International Training at Hoa Sen University. He also lectures on subjects related to Tourism and Hospitality Management in the undergraduate program.
Mr. Thang holds a Master’s degree in Tourism and Hospitality Management from GBSB International Business School in Spain. Additionally, he has five years of experience in the tourism industry, having worked at companies such as Bangkok Airways, Golden Tours, and Drive Vietnam.
4. DR. PHAN VO MINH THANG

Dr. Phan Vo Minh Thang currently serves as Dean of Economics and Business Faculty at Hoa Sen University. He is also a lecturer responsible for teaching courses in Economics and Business in the undergraduate program.
He holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science and a Ph.D. in Business Administration from the Asian Institute of Technology (AIT), Thailand. Additionally, he has 10 years of experience working in software technology centers in various positions such as team leader, department head, and CEO.
5. NGUYEN HUU HAO, PH.D

Dr. Nguyen Huu Hao currently serves as Dean of Logistics and International Trade at Hoa Sen University. He is also a lecturer responsible for teaching courses in Economics Management and International Trade in the undergraduate program.
He holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Charles Sturt University, Australia, and a Ph.D. in Business Administration from the International Business Academy of Scandinavia, Denmark – Malaysia. Additionally, he has 15 years of experience in researching various scientific topics at different levels such as university and institutions.
6. PHUNG THAI MINH TRANG, PH.D

Dr. Phung Thai Minh Trang currently serves as Dean of Finance and Banking Faculty at Hoa Sen University. She is also a lecturer responsible for teaching courses in Finance.
She holds a Master’s degree in TESOL (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages) from Victoria University, Australia, and a Ph.D. in Finance from Massey University. Additionally, she has 9 years of experience in training and teaching. Furthermore, she is the primary and co-author in research projects between Hoa Sen University and Massey University, Auckland University of Technology.
7. PHAM NGOC ANH, PH.D
Dr. Pham Ngoc Anh is currently a lecturer at Hoa Sen University. He obtained his Master’s degree in Mathematics from Quy Nhon University and his Ph.D. in Mathematics from Kaiserslautern University of Technology, Germany. Additionally, he is also a lecturer with scientific works published in the Economics – Law & Management journal in 2017.
8. MR. JORGE AGUSTIN MARTINEZ PEREZ, M.A.

Mr. Jorge Agustin Martinez Perez is currently a lecturer at De Montfort University. He graduated with a Master’s degree in Business International Management from the University Menendez Pelayo. Additionally, he has previous work experience at the French Embassy in Vietnam and at several multinational companies such as Premo Vietnam and Chemarome Vn.
9. MR. MIKE GIBSON, M.A.
Mr. Mike Gibson currently serves as a lecturer at De Montfort University, Leicester. Mr. Mike holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management & Development from the University of Leicester. With nearly 10 years of experience in language teaching across various countries, he brings a wealth of expertise to his role.
