DMU – Vinschool: Vinsers Complete Field Trip Week at Hoa Sen University
After five days immersed in an international learning environment, Vinschool students completed their internship week at Hoa Sen University. With 40 learning hours,7 classes, and 2 intensive workshops, the Vinsers not only gained valuable knowledge but also had the chance to experience life as university students. The closing ceremony took place on the afternoon of November 8, featuring heartwarming and memorable activities, marking the end of this hands-on learning journey. 1. Certification ceremony and orientation from the Institute of International Education – Hoa Sen University
The closing ceremony began with the awarding of certificates for completing the field trip week. Mr. Phu Truong Thang, Vice Dean of the Institute of International Education, personally presented each Vinser with a certificate in recognition of their dedication and engagement throughout the 40-hour program, which included 7 classes and 2 intensive workshops. This certificate served not only as a token of encouragement but also as a meaningful memento of their international educational journey at Hoa Sen University.
2. Reflections from Vinschool students on a week of study at Hoa Sen University
After receiving their certificates, the Vinsers shared heartfelt reflections on their week at Hoa Sen University. For many, this was their first time experiencing life as a university student, engaging with an international learning environment, and exploring their fields of interest from fresh perspectives.
The students expressed appreciation for the bilingual and dedicated teaching approach of Hoa Sen University faculty, which not only enriched their knowledge but also helped develop their language skills and communication abilities. The program organizers from the Institute of International Education also presented the students with souvenir tote bags from the Hoa Sen – De Montfort program.
3. Vinsers’ musical performance at the closing ceremony
The atmosphere of the closing ceremony was enlivened with a musical performance by Vinschool students. Their sweet voices and confident, natural performances created a warm and unforgettable atmosphere, fostering a closer bond between the students and their new learning environment.
4. Meeting President of Hoa Sen University
After the lively activities, the Vinsers visited the ninth floor for a meet-and-greet with the President of Hoa Sen University, Associate Professor Vo Thi Ngoc Thuy. The students took commemorative photos with the President, faculty members, and members of the International Training Institute, capturing memories of the learning environment they had grown attached to over the past week.
